How did it work?
You made a difference by selling raffles tickets for our nationwide campaign. Our fantastic prizes included a family holiday to Fota Wildlife Park and Fota Island Resort, a family holiday in Trabolgan, annual Leopardstown Racecourse membership and many other prizes. The ticket seller won a luxury hotel stay!
Each ticket had ‘Protect Your Sight’ tips on the back, so you were not only raising funds for NCBI but helping your friends and family to look after their sight!
Please fill in the form below and a member of our Fundraising team will post you out your book(s) of tickets. Each book includes 20 tickets.
Raffle tickets are €2 each or three tickets for €5.
The draw took place on Friday, December 6th.
Returning your ticket stubs:
Ticket stubs can be posted back to Aileen Moon, NCBI, Whitworth Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9, D09 RP70
Any unsold tickets can be returned to this address also.
Returning your raised funds:
There are several ways you can return your raised funds to NCBI:
- In person at our Dublin Head Office on Whitworth Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9.
- Send a cheque or postal order (made out to NCBI) in the post along with your ticket stubs to Aileen Moon, NCBI, Whitworth Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9.
- Call Aileen on (01) 882 1973 to make a credit card payment over the phone.
- Transfer your raised funds to NCBI bank account. We will send the bank account details by email.
